The Litter Network

Have you ever spotted groups of high viz wearing volunteers litter picking by roads, rivers and alleyways? Warrington has an extensive litter picking network tackling the wave of rubbish that finds it’s way onto our streets each day. Tom went on a Tuesday adventure with them & joined their WhatsApp group. This is a little collection of findings.

Thank you to all who tread the pavements, parks and byways and keep Warrington a much cleaner and tidier place.

Lost Light by Denise

Denise shares the story about a night time visit from and elderly neighbour.

This was first shared at Story Stitcher’s Online Story Circle. The Online Story Circle meets once a month and is a informal and friendly gathering where stories are exchanged. We welcome all kinds of storytellers and stories told in different ways whether that sharing an anecdote about your family, reading a poem about your adventures or a song about your heroes. You can learn more about these sessions by visiting the Story Stitcher’s website
